Weekly Seminars

ICME hosts seminars on a weekly basis, where participants join faculty members and visitors as they present on current research work. Students are strongly encouraged to attend seminars regularly to become acquainted with the broad variety of research topics in ICME.

CME 500: AI in Real Life Seminar Series

Senior industry technical leaders share how artificial intelligence and applications of machine learning are used in their organizations.  Winter quarter talks are more technical while the fall series is general interest.

CME 300: First Year Seminar Series

Required for first-year ICME Ph.D. students; recommended for first-year ICME M.S. students. Presentations about research at Stanford by faculty and researchers from Engineering, H&S, and organizations external to Stanford.
