HPC Resources
Main content start

The Institute for Computational and Mathematical Engineering (ICME) has built a diverse high performance compute (HPC) infrastructure for our students, faculty, and collaborators. We aim to create a prototype center in ICME that allows researchers to test their algorithms and computer implementation on the latest architectures.
ICME Clusters
ICME Clusters
The ICME clusters are used by ICME students and have restricted partitions for certain courses. The nodes currently available on the ICME clusters are listed here:
Partition Name | Nodes Available |
cpu | Intel dual processor nodes, 32GB memory per node, Infiniband |
gpu-pascal | Pascal dual GPU and dual Intel processor nodes, 192 GB memory per node, Infiniband |
gpu-volta | V100 dual GPU and dual Intel processor nodes, 48GB memory per node |
gpu-turing | Quadro RTX 6000 (Turing arch), AMD EPYC processors, 128GB memory per node |
