Rujia Jiang is new GSC Co-Chair

ICME congratulates Rujia Jiang, ICME Masters Student, on her recent election as Co-Chair of the 2015-2016 Graduate Student Council.  

Infused with passionate students willing to work on important issues, the GSC serves as the student voice for issues that affect Stanford graduate students and the university as a whole.  Recent GCS initiatives include hosting a free Thanksgiving dinner each year for hundreds of students, advocating for affordable health care for students’ dependents, negotiating for higher student stipends, working with campus leaders on the Caltrain Go Pass program for off-campus graduate students, and providing tax advice and software.  Read more about the GSC here.
