Xtend 2022 - for ICME Partners

ICME Xtend is a Stanford recruiting event custom-tailored for ICME partner organizations and ICME students. Like no other career event offered on campus, Xtend is designed to introduce you and your organization to qualified ICME PhD and MS candidates through networking events and a full day of interviews. Xtend connects your organization with the diversity of talented students for which ICME is well-known in a relaxed and intimate setting that won't be found in large-scale career fairs.

Pre-Event and Xtend Dates
Sept. 1	Partners return participation questionnaire	Fill out this survey to let us know you plan to participate in Xtend.
Sept. 29	ICME Resume Book mailed	The Keyword searchable Resume Book provides you the opportunity to request interviews with the candidates that best match your open full-time and/or internship positions.
Oct. 4-7	Company Info Sessions	Hiring Managers and/or Recruiters give an overview of their organizations and share employment opportunities with students through pre-recorded or live Zoom sessions.
Oct. 12	Partners return Interview Preference Questionnaire	Send us your preferences on who you’d like to interview.
Oct. 26	Partners receive Interview Schedule	Interviews are scheduled in 25-minutes increments in designated spaces from 10 AM to 5 PM with one-hour lunch break.
November 3, 2022	In-person Xtend Day	Networking Breakfast starting at 9 AM. Scheduled Interviews from 10 AM to 5 PM. Possibility for ad-hoc interviews too! Reception starting at 5 PM.
