Andrew Matangaidze, a CFA Charterholder, is a dual MBA / MS Student at Stanford Graduate School of Business and Stanford University ICME. At the ICME, Andrew is studying for an MS in Computational and Mathematical Engineering degree. He graduated from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) in Zimbabwe with an honours degree in Finance and has been a CFA Charterholder since 2013. He worked as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Goldman Sachs in the summer of 2018. Before coming to Stanford, Andrew was an Investment Officer at a special purpose vehicle of the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe that was technically assisted by the International Monetary Fund (IMF), working in distressed investments space. Before that, he was a Portfolio Manager and Investment Director at local financial services firms in Harare. Andrew is passionate about exploring the intersection of Data Science, Technology and Finance.
