We are very excited to share that two of the incoming ICME PhD students, Jani Adcock and Izzy Aguiar, are in the first cohort of Knight-Hennessy scholars.
Knight-Hennessy Scholars says: " We seek rebellious minds and independent spirits. We welcome people who are sharp thinkers, but even more so curious, who will bring good ideas and maverick perspectives to old challenges".
Izzyis finishing a MS in CS at University of Colorado, Boulder this year after completing her BS in applied mathematics and statistics at Coloroado School of Mines.
Jani is completing her undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering at MIT, with a minor in CS and a specialization in Economics.
Izzy and Jani have accepted and will be on campus from September.
