The ICME Refresher Course is a free course for Stanford graduate students that is designed to review prerequisite material for graduate-level applied mathematics, computer science, and engineering courses at Stanford. Specifically, the curriculum is selected to help prepare students for the first-year ICME core courses and prime them for the level of mathematical maturity and computational sophistication that is required at the graduate-level. This course is highly recommended for incoming ICME graduate students and is generally suitable for graduate students coming from a technical background.
This course will run at Y2E2 Room 111 from 9 AM–4 PM on September 12,13,16,17. You don't have to attend all the sessions/courses. You are free to attend as many as you like.
